It very well may in some unions. I belong to the IBEW and I don’t feel it is that way. But apparently I am a blind fool to what Union means and does for me.

unions are nothing more than a drag on the economy, as an anchor to efficient production

You are connecting 2 things that are not correlated. Automobiles on the free market would and do exist regardless of unions. All unions do at this point are to interject their worthless hides into the process and artificially inflate the cost of goods.

Labor unions exist for no other purpose than to line their own pockets under threat of strongarming others. This economy would be better off without them. The cost and efficiency of work produced in states without unions exceeds that of states that are littered with them. Shop steward could possibly be the most worthless job ever created.

Maybe go and start a argument with your wife. I don’t feel the need to entertain you any longer.

How much do you pay the union in total fees each year?

Asking a second time?

I’m not saying it happens in your union but do you not agree that some or the points people make about unions do exist?

All vehicles are expensive. And there are union and non union automakers. Lineman get the lights on when they are off. Whether union or non union. So you don’t make any sense.

Your comments weren't clear.

If non-union pay is worse, then you're clearly one of the below average employees that are propped up by unions. The very nature of collective bargaining is designed to suppress the wages of good employees.

I’m not a member of those unions, so I can’t say what they do and don’t do

Unions are for shitty employees. Most shitty employees are pro union.

It’s your money, dumbass. Your money goes towards electing politicians who frick the working man, both union and nonunion

So you make $64k a year before overtime.

Union rules stall production. Can't start a 2.5 hour test right now. Got a union break coming up in 1:45.

Now that’s a big difference. I don’t make millions. NFLPA protect men that make
More in a year than I’ll make in a lifetime. But that raises the question, do you watch the NFL?
