Exactly. I’ve been telling people for weeks that was his plan. He needs to technically stay in phase 2 for schools to reopen (in whatever capacity they’ll actually open), but we’ll effectively be in phase 1. He’ll probably threaten tomorrow and then drop the hammer by week’s end. Unsure of timetable due to the irregularity if pressers.
