How long are they going to drag this shitty delivery time because the big bad Kung flu...

People pay for prime for a reason- 2 day deliveries. Now all the sudden it’s taking some “prime” items 1-2 weeks. I fear that this will be the new norm now that the skids are greased.
Thoughts?

They've been pushing the 2-day shipping window for at least two years now. It used to be shipped the day you ordered it and arrived within two days. Now it's two-day shipping once they get around to actually shipping it.

Amazon should give some Prime members some money back. Not all of it. But some. People paid for a year long service from Amazon. Amazon has not held up their end of that service. They should prorate some money back to the subscribers

They are probably being hampered with regulations to keep it safe. Them putting in place precautionary measures to avoid lawsuits in case someone gets sick and also to convince the power thirsty state to let them continue operating knowing damned well they want to shut them down.

Outside of this pandemic my two day delivery has always been consistent. Not sure how others have such bad luck. I’m still getting a lot of two day deliveries even during the pandemic.

We have really stopped buying from Amazon during this due to the really long shipping times. Everyone else seems to be able to ship non-grocery items on time.

Maybe you'll realize you are dumb for paying for Prime, when free shipping is offered.

I am getting some orders in less than 24 hours even though the original estimate was 3 days. Sucks to be you.

Do you realize how many people all of a sudden are purchasing a ton of stuff from Amazon?

For a reference, Walmart grocery flat out cancelled my grocery order twice right before the ready time.

Did you know that UPS has suspended their UPS Service Gaurantee?

Did you know that you can not go get a haircut right now?

I mean, I use Prime Video and other services under the Prime umbrella. So even if 2-day has been delayed during the pandemic it still pays for itself.
