So I was at the liquor store and something odd happened

A guy and girl were sitting in an SUV already parked. When I came out the guy called me over and said "if she flashes you will you buy her a pint of Titos" I politely declined. She wasn't bad looking or good looking kinda middle of the road, the SUV was decent and they did not look homeless.

Was it possibly a chick that wasn't old enough to buy?
When I was a Sophomore in college, I had a chick in my friend group that did this in Reggie's. It worked, and she got free drinks the rest of the night for flashing titties at the young age of 18 years old.
ETA: Still some of the best I have ever seen btw. Absolute honkers.

I was in Cafe Du Monde one Mardi Gras many years ago early in the morning hours drunk scarfing some beignets and chocolate milk when in walks a guy and a chick in a trench coat.
She was decent, OT6-7, tall and thin in high heels. The trench coat was odd, even at Mardi Gras, given how hot it was that year.
Drunk JB is trying to steal some glances which, in reality, meant I was probably staring at her. Guy gets up and comes over to my table and asks what I am looking at. I mumble some shite and he tells her to come over.
She walks up and he says "show him" and the chick opens her coat and she is buck arse naked. My jaw drops and the guy chuckles, they get their To Go order and leave.
I am guessing this is some kind of kink or something?

Why was she brand loyal? This sounds like alcoholic behavior.
