So I had a second interview for a job on Friday

it was with 5 individuals, lasted an 1 1/2, turned casual and everyone seemed to enjoy the conversation (laughing, smiling, etc). The director said to look for us to contact you on Monday or Tuesday.
Question, should I do a thank you email Monday morning?

If it’s a good paying job you should have offered him an hour with your wife or sister..... or both at the same time for 30 minutes.

I always thought it was best to send a thank you email pretty soon after your interview. Send one tomorrow. I wouldn’t wait til Monday.

If they’re making a decision Friday/Monday, sending a thank you email on Monday is a waste of time.
