Yes....how dare you sue one of those feeble sweet little insurance companies. The real titans of truth and honesty. You act like their ceo's are greedy millionaire's or something.... What next? Throwing rocks at little old ladies?

I’m glad Gordon wants to be my “lawyer for life”

How many fricking times in my life will I need to file frivolous lawsuits against insurance companies?

I've had no dealings with the guy, but this does not surprise me.
He does not make a good impression.

ETA:

I sold newspaper advertising for nearly 30 years. The owner of our paper wouldn't allow Injury attorneys to run ads with us. We ran bankruptcy, criminal, and civil guys doing wills, divorce, etc., but no injury attorneys. Our owner said the businesses that ran ads with us wouldn't want the injury guys in the paper, but I think she had gone through a lawsuit for a pressroom injury early on, and she hated them.

We only took ads that listed service times for churches too. This was in Dallas, Austin and Houston. Our owner was one of the wealthiest female business owners in Texas, even though she left a lot of money on the table.

Gordon’s latest commercial is thanking all the heroes during this time. He even specifically praised the trucking industry and its drivers, delivering needed supplies during this time. He wants to make sure they’re still out in force so his income stream stays intact.

You'll be the first in line in the class action against China.

Given that I’m not similarly situated with members of the proposed class, I won’t be in any line.

So that’s the second legal issue you’ve been wrong on today.

Since you dont know the proposed class text theres really no assumption you wont be.

But to be clear, if a suit is won saying every American gets 10k for pastx current, and future financial ramifications the virus will cause....you and your family are refusing the payments?

Yeah right......we believe you

The lawsuit will and should get tossed. Federal courts are not the place to adjudicate geopolitical disputes.

They should let the Political Board decide something that big. They're known for being open minded, and fair over there.

Are you talking about Sheriff Edwards’s suit against China obo all American sheriffs? Or are you talking about some fantasy class action you conjured in your head? Either way, I’m not lining up for anything. Either way, I sure hope you’re not a member of the bar. Our rep is bad enough without you.
