No problem with it. The most alarming thing is that a ton of these losers actively cheering a murder work in education and healthcare. That part is scary as hell.

Being accountable for your actions and consequences for your actions is not cancel culture.
Cancel Culture is thinking Walt Disney should not be allowed in theaters because of their agenda. Accountability is accepting their existence in the theaters, deciding not to see their content and urging others to do the same and using whatever influence you have to help the market dictate the fate.
If someone has consequences for their actions in response to Kirk's death, nobody is saying they should never be allowed to work again. BUT, be punished, get better and do better moving forward OR don't change and continue to be viewed as a unemployable sack of shite.

You’re not to bright are you? If you truly “LOVED” Charlie Kirk you would understand the difference between someone being cancelled for a saying a WORD or cheering someone’s DEATH. Huge difference. Take a breath before you post.

Conservatives (and normal people who want a normal culture/society) shouldn't care about cancel culture as a retort. It's only hypocritical if we're claiming this is some neutral tenet we all agree to live by. I don't agree to it.
We want vile people to be called out and alienated, and we want reasonable people who make mistakes to be given grace in many circumstances.

This sounds exactly like when the left tried to rebrand accusations of cancel culture by saying, "No, this is accountability culture." I'm not going to lose sleep over some of these people losing their jobs, but don't act like the current actions of the right are any different what the left was doing.

If Kirk was black this country would have burned down by now.
There is a huge difference between normal folks and progressives and their wards of state.

It's not cancel culture if MY feelings are the ones being hurt!

Starbucks is likely using the website tracking those calling for more violence Charlie Kirk style to pull their new hiring candidates from:

And that’s why consequence cancelling of these monsters is imperative.

Another one who denies reality.
If Kirk were black, you people would have burned Salt Lake City to the ground by now. We both know it.

So what you condemned them for we can now do?
What people are trying to tell you is that there is a huge distinction between cancelling people who choose to deny the 64 genders lie, disbelieve the claims of human causation of climate change, hope to halt the perpetuation of DEI preferences...
With celebrating the murder of a man who disagrees with your theological and/or political views.
I think that people who teach civics, treat people medically, make our laws or serve our food need to be mature enough to be trusted. Calling them out when they are not worthy of our trust seems reasonable to me.
But I would not rudely disagree with your pointing out that we should avoid being hypocritical in how we treat our opposition.
You do have a point.
But there is a balance point which I think you are missing.
