Why are so many people leaving other countries because they suck to come to the US, which sucks a lot less? Why do we enjoy freedoms that many other countries don’t?
Wouldn’t all the countries around the world have pretty much the same laws and governments?

..uh except it took 2 weeks for this probe to get there..we lost the special '3 days to the moon and back' magic juice in the 1970s and anyway, new tools and manufacturing processes won't allow us to make more of that anyway

Everything you just typed out here contradicts your theory.
Two European countries did not follow the 6 foot rule.
Why are they special?
Australia beat people and sent them to camps.
