I can rationalize an older couple doing a vow renewal in certain circumstances. My Great Aunt married my Great Uncle in a hurry before he left for Europe for WWII and they had a renewal a few decades later (they were in their 60s I believe). Had a service in a small church, had a reception afterward (that was basically a family reunion). It was nice.
I don't get this reproposal thing. It's up there with baby showers for people who have had multiple children or massive gender reveal parties.

Just family getting together for lunch and maybe giving some gifts (especially if it's a second child and the child is a different sex than the first child).
My cousin had a gender reveal party and full baby shower for her 2nd and 3rd kids. Asked for a bunch of big ticket items because she sold everything from previous pregnancies (despite knowing she was trying for more). I refused to go and gave her a pack of diapers.

There should be a watch list at a minimum.
If I worked for the FBI and had palantir I would pull a list of adult males without children who went to Disney more than 2x in a year and then look at overlap between their IP's and IP's associated with CP sites.
