and while I am glad that it is opened back up, people were acting like absolute idiots. Went by a small park and there were probably 200 people out there packed into this tiny park, people sitting within 1 feet of each other in lawn-chairs, walking around. People sitting on benches 1 inch apart.

Hope this crap doesn't spike back up because of people going full retard.

They'll be shut back down in a month if what you said is true.

I swear it's true, I couldn't believe it. This is one of the nicer areas in Huntsville too, it's the park at Providence Main, if anyone has ever been there.

You can pretty much bank on an increase in cases from opening up. And it really shouldn't concern anyone provided that our medical system is not overwhelmed. Just the way is is going to be. I do agree that people need to be careful, but it is time to carry on.

Maybe people felt like getting out and realize that to your average healthy adult and child, Covid is a non-issue?

Nobody there under 40, they'll all be just fine.

Some of y’all are in abject fear there won’t be a spike because all your drama queen hysterics will be for naught. Every single one of those people had been exposed months ago. This “social distancing” farce barely made a dent. I was out and about every day among people.

This is absolutely going to happen. People are too stupid for it not to happen.

You’ve never seen a fat gump get stuck in a lawn chair?

Most weren't.

Imagine how quickly we could've been back to normal without idiots like you.

No one wants there to be a spike, unless they're a psychopath maybe.

I sleep within 1 foot of my wife. How far away should I be sitting from her in a lawn chair at the park

Orange Beach doesn't frick around. They're probably going to shut down again if people continue to act stupid.

Depending on what part of Alabama it might be perfectly normal.
