Simple to say and that’s what happens in most cases.

But... My daughter lives with 3 other girls. They have boyfriends. They go out in Tigerland.
My daughter and her friends went to JL’s last weekend. People crowding each other and no limit on patrons. Some of the girls went in. Thankfully my daughter left and went back home. Actually surprised me.

A Few days later, several of her friends test positive including one of her room mates. Great.

Now she has to move out because her room mate didn’t care about all these “guidelines” and went to Freds and RL’s with no regard. In their defense, they’re not being restricted because the bars aren’t obiding by the guidelines. Still though, everyone knows the common sense guidelines and, as you’ve acknowledged, we all have to take responsibility for our own actions. But they aren’t.

So Now bars are closing up.

Why are you worried about your college aged daughter getting the Rona? There's almost a 100% she'll be fine. This will still be around in 6 months btw. What are we going to do then? Keep everything shut down indefinitely? It's here and we have to go on with our lives. Yes some people will die but most won't.

I'm aware of what many universities are planning and most, nationally, are planning a mixture of on-line and optional in-person classes. In almost every case, the choice is voluntary

Every school that I'm aware of has in-person classes dependant on infection rate. I am not aware of any school that has not included the infection rate as a determinating factor.

yeah... that is pretty much it...flexibility will be key...
i hear not all eating facilities will be open and the ones that are will be set up like public places with distancing practices and staggered time allocations.. i hear one person a room form dorms....idk....

and you know all efforts will go out the window and there will be "covid parties" like op said...

sucks but they will be part of history.....
