re: SNL cold open: Zelensky, Trump, Vance meeting

This is something I would imagine people on Reddit would think is hilarious.

I go there to see what people say about different shite and the other day when Trump kicked ole boy out, the people on Reddit were all like "Its so disgusting being from the US right now".. Really? I don't care who is president, you should never be "disgusted" to be from the US.

This. If you go back and watch the classic era, then the second and fifth era classics you see tons of turds but they're are classics.
It's not for everyone but every episode usually still has a couple of good ones.

He was fired from SNL for being racist so he has to do self reflective racist jokes.

I’ve known about this trash for more years than I care to remember, even before he was a leftist being buddies with the clintons and sky hopping with his buddy epstein. He changes stripes when it benefits him which is why he chose the party he currently fakes to represent.

I watched SNL from the time I was a kid in the late 70's until recent years. It's not nearly as good as it used to be, and the worst of the slow periods you describe were still not nearly as lame as the shite they churn out now.

They are trying to claim Trump was the one ambushing to cover themselves. It’s amazing how everything from EU countries’ responses to media got in step so quickly.

Zelenskyy is reportedly now saying he wants to sign the deal he rejected just before their press event. If it happens I am sure the media will play it as Trump saving himself instead of the reality of it being Zelenskyy trying to save himself from his bipolar decision making.
