That's absolutely the truth. I think that some of my friends have been taking vacations just so that they can post the pictures.

i use FB primarily as an IM platform/joke, but i'm so glad i don't really invest any time on insta (and i don't have SC anymore b/c it's just a retarded concept). instagram represents basically a large chunk of what i hate in life

Facebook signed me up for Instagram somehow. I've never posted on it, but I get daily notifications that someone started following me.

What possesses these companies to frick up their apps. Facebook, twitter, snapchat, instagram... what makes them decide to frick up something that doesn't need to be fixed.

I just don't get it. It's not smart business sense.

a lot of it is the nature of bureaucracy

"create problems (or the perception of problems) so we can justify our jobs, fixing them"

companies feel that if they're not in constant motion, they're dead

it's a lot like the progressive political worldview

You're doing it wrong. Insta is awesome if used properly. I'm big into wood working so I follow hundreds of woodworkers. And ONLY woodworkers. I don't even follow my sisters. There's no politics, no shared memes, no BS, just pictures.

Meh I like Snapchat. It’s basically all I use now.

Haven’t seen the new update though

the issues is that UI/aesthetics dominate these update frickups and that shouldn't be the focus of improving a product

i think a lot of that is based in small dick syndrome from Apple years ago when they started promoting design over function

Think I missed it too. Did A&M take over the OT? Bunch of grown arse men in here talking about their Snapchat, Facebook, and Instagram.

I simply don't get the need for all of these multiple platforms. I don't need to see your pictures on Facebook and Instagram. One is enough. And I'm well past the age of Snapchat. Don't understand the point.

Now, multiple platforms are preferred for Bumble, Grindr and Tinder - but is there anyway not to have any / one of them not connect to Facebook?

New Snapchat groups together all of your personal snapchats with all of your friends. So when you would swipe right to your friends story’s those are now grouped on the left side with all of your personal snap chats. It is complete shite.
