He can get some business out of this. And he can run for judge later.

He's pretty respected.

It is a possibility. One most wont believe ever but is a possibility.

I like how she wants Hayes prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law but cried to have charges dropped in their domestic violence arrest of Smith in Laffy.

It's only a career case if he can win/make it close. He must believe he has enough facts so far to get there.

you would run through a red light right there on a busy street to catch up with your friend?

driving drunk? its not that hard to believe. especially if he was following and not knowing exactly where they were headed. and can we tell they ran the red light, i havent looked at it that closely. i know they were sitting at the red light when they hit. its it that quick of a light right there?

am i the only one wondering why they have not named who the other male passenger was in smiths car (didnt they report there was another passenger) Was that how pierre thomas was on the scene so fast? Just thinking out loud, maybe i missed that part.

I've never heard the names of any passengers in the Smith vehicle or the Impala. I could have missed it, though.

I think it probably was Pierre Thomas but no one who knows wants to actually confirm that.

Yeah you gotta be careful. If you think that Hayes was somewhat justified in his actions due to Smith's drunken hit and run. You are discussing possibilities.

If you are horrified by the scope and brutality of Hayes actions you are a tin foil hat wearing troll.

Pictures certainly suggest he was there and walking away from the corpse at one point soon after.

Maybe y'all can come up with a theory.

Per Advocate Twitter

After eating at Sake with large group of people, Will and Racquel Smith were driving a couple they were friends with to their car.
Thomson: Will is not inebriated to the point where he could not drive, nor physically emotionally affected night of incident.
Thomson: The Smiths ran into the back of a car that suddenly stopped in front of them and pulled over. Saw no damage, so cont'd, puzzled.

The Smiths were then struck intentionally by Hayes' orange Hummer, Thomson contends.
Back windows shattered and heads having whipped back, Smith asks how his passengers are, and then 2 men in Hummer approach. One is large.

Smith steps out trying to find out why he was rammed. Words are exchanged. Accused killer is 'in a rage,' Thomson said.
Racquel Smith gets out of the car to defuse the situation and walks Will Smith back to the car, Thomson said.
Thomson: 'The killer follows them.' To Racquel, the situation is defused, but suddenly two shots are fired and she is shot and collapses.
After Racquel Smith is shot, 6 to 8 shots are unloaded into Will Smith's back

'In all, Will Smith ... was shot in the back 8 times. His wife was shot (first) in the legs two times.' Total of 10 shots fired.
Will Smith licensed to carry a gun, but he did not brandish it before he was killed.
Thomson: The killer is standing over Will Smith after shooting him.
Thomson: not aware of any threats being made by Smith to get a gun.

Thomson: Smith's gun was in a compartment in the vehicle the entire time
