He's not part of an investigation. That's the DA and the cops. He's representing the family. He's got a different set of priorities.

Attorney Fuller said a bystander witness viewed a cover up but he will not make it public at this point due to safety

Like I said, IF this is true, the DAs case would be incredibly weak. Still a big if at this point.

Why would they arrest him? He put 10 rounds in two people. You get arrested for that and they sort out the facts later.
