Makes a big difference to me if Hayes is standing closer to his own vehicle than if he was standing next to Smith's driver side door.
There's a bullet in the passenger side door. He had to be closer to the Mercedes than he was to his own car.

Not popular to say but because he was drunk and didn't want this guy to call the cops causing Smith to get a DWI.

I think you misheard. Lawyer said that Hayes and his friend got out to confront Smith. Then Wife and friend (gender unknown) got out to diffuse.

Those skid marks are from the hummer. Does that mean the hummer slammed on his brakes before hitting Smith???

Smith probably brake checked him. Very possible. Hayes was going too fast trying to keep up with the G Wagon.
I imagine all parties were speeding

You and chadboy have been trolling the thread for days.

For the most part, the discussion in here has been very level headed and people have been taking all aspects into consideration. You two have been shitting all over it from day

Aside from a couple of posts I've been consistent with my belief that Hayes was enraged at being disrespected. Nothing I've seen in this thread has changed that belief. This entire site is and always has been full of trolls and if you don't like it maybe you should find another place to post. Facebook maybe

another funny thing I found about the way the lawyer acted like after they hit this guy it wasnt any big deal. So you are telling me that you possibly hit a guy(whether you think you did or didnt, you had been drinking, the lawyer said they were scared, thought it might have been trouble), run from the scene, and they are surprised when this guy runs into him from behind? I know if that were me I would have been watching in my rear view the whole time and a hummer of all vehicles, is probably one of the most recognizable vehicles due to its large size and the way the lights are positioned at night.

I have a feeling that this went down a little different. and you see skid marks from the hummer at the scene of the collision. I dont know man... more info from the scene of the collision needs to come out.

I haven't followed this too closely but he was leaving an event iirc, so it would make sense. A very dumb move to do on his part. I wonder why he was brake checked though.

I was watching the presser on HLN. They cut it off at the point when the lawyer said Will was standing between his wife and Hayes. What did he say after that?

Youve jumped to conclusions and made outrageous claims from the start.

i don't care about the hit and run or whatever.

8 bullets in the back and 2 other bullets in his wife's leg.

that isn't self defense.

When Smith rear ended Hayes, he had plenty of time to stop. The video clearly shows this.

Right. There will be cut and dry evidence when it comes down to it, stuff the lawyers obviously aren't disclosing right now.

If you poll 12 impartial jurors, how many say smith bumped the H2?

Either way, the lawyers in this case are gonna be putting in some work. Trial will be very interesting stuff once the evidence presents itself
