The facts are getting jumbled. If what his lawyer says is true then everyone needs to calm down for now. I know it's hard not to point fingers.
But to be fair. His lawyer did say he made "at least" one 911 call.

I didn't see any busted lights on the Mercedes, or damage to the hummer?
