Sitting around an airport bar. No one is interacting with each other. I’m sure they’re all all on Facebook, Breitbart, CNN, etc. look at me, my likes, or let me read shite I already agree with. Narcissism and hatred. As a gen x’er I do remember the old days of getting loaded with some stranger at a bar.
The devil played his wildcard.
Yes I’m drinking a double Jameson ready to get home.

I agree completely.. Yeah, I check various sites in the morning over coffee (just to make sure the world hasn’t ended) then again as I unwind in the evening, but it’s become crack for so many people. Social media, which is another subject, can go f$ck itself..

I downloaded this app called Moment that tracks your phone usage time. I’ve had days where I’ve used my phone for over 4 hours. It was a real eye opener after I started tracking the usage. If I get below 2 hours it’s a good day. Pretty sad really

Yeah, no. I'm talking to 10 different people, making plans for multiple nights this week, conducting business, paying bills, and reading the news.
Meanwhile the people next to mean are having a riveting conversation about the weather for 30 seconds, then stare off into the distance.
So I'll go ahead and say I'm actually being more communicative than the two people next to me
