Stinkbug. I've had an irrational fear of them ever since I was a kid.

Short version of his story..
Neighbor's Dobermans got into a pin where Geese and the eggs were located.. Dobermans ended up having to be put down due to broken backs...
Do not want to mess with them ..
ETA.. unless of course you have an appropriate weapon to balance the equation..

I have learned how to deal with them. There's typically one leader, a mature male. Identify him. approach him if he doesn't approach you first, and start bobbing your head at him as you approach, think the jack nicholson gif "yes", and he'll start bobbing his head back at you, and when he first hisses, hiss right back at him and go right at him. He'll back off, and he won't frick with you again.
Australian shepherds also work.
I run from yellow jackets.

Skunk. You don't have to run from spiders and snakes.

A snake of any size or variety. I hate snakes.

Skunk
I trapped a younger one last year when I was trying to trap squirrels. It wasn't a spray-proof trap. There was no option to run.
Fortunately, they're a little lethargic during the daytime and I was able to prop the the trap door open and just let it go at it's own leisure. I think the same skunk is still around, or at least it was over the Summer.

I didn't see the nest and that SOB hit me right in the forehead. It felt like I got punched... I'll wear my shoes out running away from those things.

Yeah I don't want to get bit by a squirrel.
The smallest animal that I'm scared shitless of is a racoon. I give them a wide berth in the woods.

Squirrels are cute. Like little bunny rabbits with short ears.
The answer is cockroach. I don’t even like typing the word it gives me the heebie-jeebies.

I don't move my feet for anything smaller than a tiger.

Squirrel
This thread reminds me of one season of “Alone” where a woman shot a squirrel with an arrow, but it didn’t die immediately. It was just flopping around on the ground squealing.
She felt bad for it and bent down to do, I’m not exactly sure what, then the squirrel bit a plug out of her finger. I think that might have been what sent her home.
