Maybe I don't know how this works, but it seems that fricking DOWN the food chain only sets you up for liability, and fricking UP the food chain ensures that that person keeps a lid on things.

shes a solid OT 7. Would post pics but nobody really supposed to know about it

Have done it a few times with no repercussions. As long as you two act like ADULTS about it, then what is the harm?

I dated a coworker for about 6 months. I was her manager and I think we did a good job of keeping it on DL. I do think a lot of people knew though because would constantly hangout after work and with groups of people together.

After it ended it was weird for about a month, but be eventually moved on and understood it was more of physical attraction and nothing else. Still really good friends too. She had some nice jugs for sure.

Dear OP,

I hope that this advice gets to you well.

I would like to take this opportunity to explain to you that you have a great thing going on currently. Don't mess that up. You are infatuated with a girl, she's showing you some kind of interest supposedly. You work together, possibly work great. The actual pursuit of pussy is usually much more enjoyable that the pussy itself, just keep subtlely chasing that tail man. Never go full retard and end the pursuit. Suspects either go to jail, get their arse kicked, or someone's dog gets shot. Pursuit life is underrated man.

If things get serious enough, maybe drop hints about her finding a better job. Don't rub it in her face, but let her find out somehow that you are talking with another girl, let her get super jelly and she'll hunt that dick even harder.

Best case scenario: you love each other, get married and she leaves the company.

Worst case scenario: you get married, she stays and now you work with your wife. That can be good or really bad. Working with your wife means you never leave work behind, she will always want to talk about it

Best case scenario: it is a fling, she finds someone else and she cuts it off and moves on like nothing ever happened

Worst case scenario: one of you has intense feelings and the other doesn't. You break up and working together everyday is a painful reminder of the relationship for one of you and is uncomfortable for both of you

Since your parents own the company, that's somewhat less of a problem. It still is a problem though. If you have a bad split, etc. it could make things uncomfortable and you would be the one fired. Your parents would catch shite if she got a lawyer from them firing her. Go bang someone else.

I have been sleeping with one of my co-workers for a while now, no problems.

We're also married to each other

Probably not the best of ideas. I could see this ending up in a sexual harassment lawsuit...quid pro quo...he said his dad would fire me if i didn't sleep with him. There's got to be at least one girl your parents don't employ that you could be sleeping with.

If she is eventually let go, then there is a sexual harassment lawsuit served up on a silver platter as you are by default, part of management/ownership.
