Best case scenArio is the relationship works out. Anytime she gets in trouble at work or feels she needs a raise, it's on you to make it right. Yes it doesn't make sense but neither does the average females stream of consciousness

I guess it depends on the people involved, but you'd be giving her a lot of leverage if things go south (say she gets fired etc.).

He will ultimately end up fricking over his family as they own the company. The writing is on the wall if he wasn't deaf and blind. Any argument or conversation at work can be used against him and the company itself.
