Just call my cell phone, put your phone on speaker, and I'll breathe heavily into your ear all night.

There’s 8 to 12hr files of music on YouTube for sleeping, they’re fantastic, we use them every night

just restless sleep and awaking numerous times during the night.
I had this problem and started exercising regularly. Sleep much better following any kind of physical exertion during the day.

We play classical music for sleep. It works well, but I never thought to look up sleep sounds. Might try it.

There is a YouTube channel called Classic Baseball on the Radio that has games from the 1930’s through the 80’s. Sometimes I’ll put one of those games on and go to sleep with the sweet sound of Lou Gehrig swinging for the fences or Pee Wee Reese sliding around Ebbets Field.

I sleep with a fan on at home...recently downloaded an app called "Sleep Fan" and it has helped a ton when I am in hotels. Best part is that it is totally free. Don't forget your phone charger if you plan to use it, though.

I have a couple of friends that use them and say they work. I like silence but can also sleep with noise. Ambien helps considerably.

Your life must be one big facade of being comfortable.
Who in the hell travels with a box fan?
I swear in my 43 years of existence I’ve never seen a box fan in the airport baggage claim.
Like I said sound machines and White Noise apps is all you need.
