Sleep sounds app

Anyone use this kinda stuff? I can't sleep with a damn unless the TV stays on all night. Figuring maybe these sleep sounds might offer a better solution

Yes. Use sleep sounds on Alexa. Tell it to make brown noise.

Yeah I have an electronic sound machine. I can choose the airplane cabin or box fan sounds and it puts me to sleep quickly.

We have the white noise app. I’m the same way...can’t sleep in a dead calm quiet room.

I use a sound machine at the house and when I’m traveling I use the White Noise app on my phone. Works like a charm.

Have the white noise app on kids fire tablets, relax melodies on my phone which works too. My son also uses th Sleep Sounds app on Alexa dot at night. All work well

All good info. May try it tonight. No issues falling asleep, it's just restless sleep and awaking numerous times during the night.
