Blackout shades/sleep mask, a cool room, white noise, magnesium and melatonin. You'll end up in the shadow realm

Do you drink coffee? Nap? Read your phone in bed?

Need more details.

My wife naps because she doesn’t sleep well. She doesn’t sleep well because she naps. Reads her phone when she can’t sleep.

Sit on the couch and watch a movie with your wife. Let her pick the movie. Works every time for me.

Exercise and healthy diet. Also the more of a routine you can be on going to bed and getting up, the better.

Stay away from drugs (over and under counter) and alcohol.

Don’t drink anything starting two hours before bedtime. If your mouth is super dry use a cough drop.

Even if you’re thirsty, not even a sip of water.

CPAP helped me. And, no, I'm not overweight. But I could shake the frames off the walls with my snoring.

Stay away from sleep meds!!!

There's a certain age where sleep becomes hit or miss until you die.

Just accept it and move on.

I got punched in the throat while bouncing in college and broke my thyroid cartilage.

I now have the Inspire device in my tongue and chest.

It is tough going at this time. Still fine tuning.

The surgery was way more painful than getting punched in throat. Never get behind the pain....opt for the morphine right out of recovery.

Melatonin gummies work great, but they wear off fast. Take them when you go to bed, not before you go to bed and do your bed routines. Get your routines out of the way, then take it as you are literally laying down.

Turn off your phone at 9. Read a book.

If all else fails…wack it.

This. It also might take a couple of weeks for the magnesium to start to work.
