I find this part hard to believe. To my knowledge an opioid overdose from fentanyl doesn't happen from being in direct contact with another person or even the drug itself.
Edit: I haven't changed anything from above will clarify my statement that an overdose via direct skin contact from fentanyl is extremely unlikely, unlike inhalation or injection.

Dumbass drug dealers get lazy and use the same equipment while cutting and weighing out bags.
I’m sure there’s a few psychos out there but the vast majority of drug dealers aren’t knowingly mixing coke and fent to sell to casual users.

Lol. You really think drug dealers are good people trying to make an honest living? No they are pieces of shite. They use fentanyl because its more potent and they can lace their shitty products to give the same effects that their shitty drugs won't give because you know what they aren't? They aren't chemist?

Np but it still doesn’t make any sense because the effects of cocaine and the effects of fentanyl are totally different. Upper vs downer. Completely cannot figure out why they’d go out of their way to “cut” one with the other.

It’s a game of profit margins, mixing two drugs together to sell as one of them makes no sense even if one is a little cheaper. Especially if you’re selling to tourists
You would be correct when it comes to pressing fake pills though. A lot of the serious users these days are just buying fentanyl itself.

I remember around 2003 fantasy patches were a thing. You would wear them or eat the gel inside of them. Never remember anyone overdosing from them.

Some other upper like perhaps methamphetamine, crushed adderal or sadly b12 powder is done to “bulk” up the seller’s product in order to simply have more to sell. Those are all “uppers”.
Cutting coke with fentanyl is like mixing adderal with a percocet pain killer. An upper with a downer. Hell I dunno. It could be the Chinese and Mexicans teaming up to wreak random havoc.

With cocIne it makes sense no sense. With heroin.... certain junkies will hear that someone overdosed and know that dealer has strong smack. Overdoses don't hurt heroin dealers. Often why heroin dealers often catch murder charges.

Yeah it’s crazy because I presume fentanyl is actually used in a clinical setting, but at the same time it could cause an OD any moment apparently. Maybe it mostly “special” Chinese fentanyl that packs the deadliest punch.

With coke is cut and stepped on by every level of distribution. The end dealer will often re-rock powder to make it look uncut, but your not getting fishcale anymore.

Fentanyl is cheaper because of how far a little gets you. A gram of it goes for more than a gram of coke. Again, it’s not a cheaper product being used as a filler for selling cocaine. It’s morons that are careless with both for sale that are killing people.
