I used to have to work over there occasionally. That is one of the very few places in the city that I'm uncomfortable during the day. Definitely had my head on a swivel

You can't really compare the 9th to the east. The 9th ward is full of abandoned run down houses but there are some areas in the east that have blocks of empty row houses. The east is basically a suburb that's hood as shite, the 9th has more of a city feel.

What is really trippy is, if you use the voting wards..... The east is the ninth ward.

There's a comprehensive Wikipedia article on Six Flags New Orleans:

At least we got the PC "put it in NOLA east" bullshite out of the way on something relatively meaningless

A water park that would be included in the admission (like Six Flags Parks such as Six Flags St. Louis and Six Flags America, for example) was in the planning stages in early 2005 and was going to be announced at the end of August.

would have been nice.

If he's talking about the area named after planes (like Cessna Ct) I too am scared AF in that area. It's like one way in and they got dudes wearing slippers and saggy athletic shorts with glocks hanging out of them that stare you down.

I always acknowledge them, give the "what's good" if they are close by. But yeah scares me every time. In fact I decided to stop taking jobs in that area. I would love to cut out the east entirely but most of it really isn't that bad, it's just Dowman/Morrison and some parts off of Chef and a spot in Little Woods.

Has anyone ever seen the videos of people going in there? Shits crazy.

Homey kept saying "FOR THE RECORD, I DON'T SEE ANY NO-TRESPASSING SIGNS."

I hate to break it to him, but "frick OFF" in NOLA means NO TRESPASSING!

Yep, I spotted his tags all the way from downtown almost to Metairie. I can't believe that jackass hasn't been caught yet.
