Nukemap

You can pick your city on the map, then choose an actual historical nuke and see how far the effects would reach. Try it with the "Tsar Bomba," it's the largest nuke ever detonated. People 40 miles away would get 3rd degree burns.

It's hard to even comprehend a bomb that powerful.

I tried “Morgan City, LA” but it says that choice is already taken.

I remember during the Cold War learning that BR was pretty high on Russia's nuke list due to Exxon. We used to have drills at school. Like covering my head was going to protect us from a nuclear bomb dropping 10 miles away

Then after doing research on the city, they began to just pity it and feel sorry.

Where does it say the predicted casualties? I must be overlooking it.

Honestly not as bad as I assumed it would be.

Apparently, if nuked Kennah-brah I would still be alright.

It calculates when you press detonate. Just below the button.

I dropped it over downtown Nola and only 210 were predicted to die.

Baw but that school desk you were under was the true life saver. I remember you see the mushroom cloud then you get under your desk and you live to see another day. Thank god we never got nuked
Btw them Russians didn't want none of this I had by Rambo knife ready to go.

You wouldn’t immediately die, but you wouldn’t be “alright” in any sense of the word

BR was high on Hitler's list too, after Washington DC. This was due to the airplane fuel being made at what was then Esso.

It's Kennabrah so he would still be "tight".

At St. Alphonsus we had to hide under our desk for the nuke drills.

Maybe they thought the asbestos would absorb some of the radiation.
