Large majority of my neighbors are liberal here in the greatest, most fit, and most educated city in America. There is not a single sign to move away from this mecca
You’re truly the worst.

I'd say if cops are doing neighborhood searches monthly it's time to question your surroundings. I really don't care what me neighbor does on their property though

Wife changes the locks.
Every neighborhood dog knows your yard as the local shite stop.

I live ~9 minutes from downtown Austin. My across the street neighbor is a Messican who has at least 2 trucks in his yard at any given time. Never takes his xmas lights down. And any time he sees me struggling with repairs/outside maintenance he’s asking me if he can help. He blares rap from his car at 10am in the morning. He will cap a mofo who tries robbing my house. My house has appreciated 60k in 2 years (it is right under 400k at the moment). I have a xmas projector w/ a Darth Vader filter on as I type. Your metrics suck.

So you have a Messican gangster that lives in a 400k house in your trashy neighborhood? Does he have a 780 credit score or is he El Chapos' nephew? Otherwise I don't believe you

It’s a shame that there are so many stupid threads on the OT.

Time for you to move to another board

Semi-gentrified neighborhood. Happens all the time; my case is hardly extreme.

When a contractor moves in and runs his business out of his garage. Meaning that all of the workers congregate at his driveway at 6 am

Your neighbors brown-skinned teenage boys are calling your wife by her pet name.

You see work trucks parked in driveways

In all seriousness, what drives folks away from their current homes usually is a marked increase in crime.

I'll start: all the neighbors have christmas light projectors this year.
I have projectors AND inflatables. And colored lights. It might be balanced out by the fact that the lawn is edged meticulously, but probably not.
