Exactly. I'm sure the mayor didn't say a word to judge or Hillar pertaining to things. They will send him to Jackson for awhile, and this will never see trial. Pled down to something minor, and will be back raping kids, and selling bootleg CDs in know time.

He will go to East Feliciana and they'll restore his competency. He basically needs to understand what his charges are and who each of the players are in the courtroom (judge, prosecutor, his attorney). It's very easy to fake incompetence. If you don't answer, you're usually found incompetent.
