Don’s Seafood

I didn’t live in Shreveport until 2004. But we visited here a lot as a kid in West Monroe and Mansfield.

I saw pictures of the Shreveport captains stadium it’s all abandoned and overgrown with vines. Damn crime that is how did that happen? Couldn’t the city maintain it and let little league or bossier community college use it? I guess that’s my nomination the Shreveport captains

Danbi's pizza in East Gate Shopping Center. Los Amigos in St. Vincent's mall had the best chips. Mid South Grappling was awesome. We went to channel 3 a few times and were in the audience when they taped the show. Bill Watts and Dusty Rhodes vs. The Assassin and the Angel.

Got transferred to Shreveport in 92, it was like being dropped on the moon. Memory sucks so I can't remember the names of a lot of places from back then, but I do remember the Blind Tiger and Ralph and Kacoos sp?. Also remember going to a pretty seedy bar in Bossier out near the race track on Saturday nights. Thank goodness the Casinos came to town and brought a little more excitement to the area.
