People like Alan Jackson are exactly the reason black culture is such a shite enterprise at almost all levels. Mediocrity wrapped in a facade of luxury, easily found in the root causes of crime and corruption in any Democrat-run city from Baltimore on down. Memphis has Justin Pearson, a pathetic little bigot that has gone after Elon Musk at every opportunity over the Xai facilities.

And I'm talking about the PoS Shreveport council member. The guy only cares about his position in Shreveport when it financially benefits him, think he's a dean in some HBCU in Texas.

Ten bucks says 50 tried to get the state to reimburse him for that donation.

I bet 50 is questioning his decision to invest in Shreveport. I remember reading what he was doing and it was a solid plan, but I remember thinking "but Louisiana politics always gets in the way".
Wasn't he buying up property, was working with the police to crack down on crime, etc,. Basically make Shreveport a city people would want to live in, which would increase property value.. Buy cheap, sell high.. But every elected official in that city are probably trying to get their hands in his pockets. You can't just "do business" in Louisiana. Everyone wants a piece of the pie.

Born and raised up here for a very long time and I'm completely team Fitty.
That dude walked in here and threw a three day comedy event that brought in big wigs from everywhere. And there wasn't a shot fired anywhere.
I applaud our new Warlord.

The people he's clashing with are the political-clepto-class.
Use your imagination.
He is a net positive by any measure.

I’m still not 100% sure how he ended up on Coty Council in the first place- seat was vacated in 2021 by a white Republican because he was dying of cancer, and this guy was appointed after the Governor interviewed 9 other candidates.
Meet Alan Jackson
quote:
The Shreveport City Council seat left vacated by James Flurry in November was filled Tuesday by appointment from Governor John Bel Edwards when the appointee was sworn in shortly after noon in the Government Plaza chambers. Tuesday morning, Alan Jackson’s phone rang – it was the governor’s office letting the Shreveport businessman know he'd been selected. I was truly, truly shocked when I received the phone call,” Jackson said of his interim appointment to represent District E.
Though he applied for the position earlier this month and soon after had a brief phone interview with the governor’s office, he thought he wouldn’t be considered. He was told other candidates were being interviewed.

Jackson responded in a post on Facebook addressing the comments made by 50 Cent, stating that he commends the generosity of the donations, but had questions regarding the selection process on behalf of his constituents.
What part of his money, he can do whatever the frick he wants with it doesn't this guy understand?

Several non-profits from my district contacted me trying to understand how the organizations were selected and whether there was an application or nomination process. As an elected official, it is my responsibility to provide accurate information to the residents and organizations in the district that elected me."
The accurate information is that he doesn't know and that it is none of his business.

"It is my understanding that city officials were expected to communicate to non-profits how to apply or be considered for this funding.
His understanding is wrong and not based in reality.

It has absolutely zero to do with this councilman what a private citizen chooses to do with their money.

Can you imagine how all the people “asking the questions” would be reacting if someone went to them asking how and where they spent their personal money?
They’d probably say frick you just like 50 did
