Being born in the 80's means you probably don't remember much of the 80's.

Dukes of Hazzard TV trays, riding in the car on the hump, Tecmo Bowl, Michael Jackson was still black, Jams, Bash Brothers, riding my bike all over earth without checking in, collecting baseball cards bc they were worth so much, and no travel ball - we played every sport.

For better or worse, life was slower in those days. I can remember getting cable TV and my first Nintendo. I also can't remember anyone's parents having money like I see today. Going on vacation was a luxury for most people in those days. My wife and I take off all over the country now several times a year, and going to Orange beach or 30A is just a given.
