What would the colloquial names for places around here?
Braighdeelynne Meth?
Lawauneeshonda Hood?
Tiffany Pole?
Do you think kids should bear the proper name of their forbears even if they are bastards?
Why is it so common these days?

I've thought of this before. I think with the breadth of the US, it would have to be based on state instead small localized area.
Ex:
John Hoosier (Indiana)
Jamie Coonass (Louisiana)
Jessica Redneck (Mississippi)
