Got an idea: Let's come up with Bastard last names for each state of the SEC:

AL: Trailer
AR: Hill
FL: Trash
GA: Bumpkin
KY: Coal
LA: Swamp
MS: Hick
MO: Tweaker
SC: Racist
TN: Raper
TX: Mex

Bastards don't really have a last name, but when one is needed they used the name given to all bastards in that region.
Generally only the Highborn needed to present themselves as such, I doubt it really matters the lineage of a menial laborer.

Yet I think anyone in Westeros born a bastard gets the name of the region of their birth.

Whoever you are. I love bastards. Have nothing against them. Hell, a bastard conquered England. Doesn't make them not a bastard. Don't take it so personally. Don't want to make little bastards then close your legs. It's not their fault. If I made a bastard I'd love him just as much.
