I could give him the right answer but I'm not giving specific legal advice on td. Dude has a lawyer. He needs to use him. If he doesn't like the results, consult with another atty. it's a free country and won't cost him anything.

The way they get money out of these cases is by shipping you off to as many "doctors" as they can. It makes your claim look legit.

No. No, it does not.

You need a new attorney if your doctor attributes the discs to the wreck.

also, You can't get only 6k from a 24k settlement. You should get about $10k at least assuming your health insurer gets subrogation for $9k.

The pain will come and go like a period. I can still work out and not feel any pain if you catch my drift.

I'm not reading through this thread so I'll just say yes get a new lawyer. You obviously distrust the one you have and you'll never feel satisfied.

Are you going to disclose this thread in discovery or lie about it?

If you have 9k in medicals and 2 bulges on your MRI, you should have been referred to a neuro or pain interventionist by now.

Why do you say this?

Why licensed attorneys are saying anything in this thread is beyond me.

The only reason I don't trust him because I went to one of his chiropractor and got a pain on my jaw. I told my lawyer about it but he said it wasn't because of his chiropractor which I knew he lied about it. I think he lied about the low settlement because of the policy limit is $250,000(a fake figure that I'm giving out for my own protection).

I think because he didn't included pain and suffering.
