As a contractor, they can’t get bucket truck to come out for Cox. The best company to work for is Comcast as I can get approval for a bucket truck to come within 30 minutes....
I’m a contractor for them and I know my shite. Now I don’t work on the inside anymore. If most of them can’t fix the inside from the tap to the house, then it’s plant issue. As a contractor, it’s hard for us to get maintenance to fix that shite....

I do a lot of work with plant extension and upgrade. I know there’s a lot of damaged poles. What I’m talking about is they’re just replacing poles with little damage. I’ve check some poles that was bent a little bit, came back later, and it was replaced with a brand new pole....
I do assessment for Cox and I see a lot of poles got replaced for no reason. I guess they don’t want to get sued and the fed money is too good to pass up....
Exactly, I’m not going to make any construction crews to come out until I see everything is safe for them....

It’s probably a contractor and right now they get paid $30 a drop. Why would they do it free for you if it’s not on the work order? Heck I bet if you give the guy $40 tips he would hook it up for you already....
