Host Key Parties for the cul de sac the next three or four consecutive weekends.

Get up in all of your female neighbors’ Gaza Strips good and win over the hearts and minds of them all.

Once you have them all on a string...

Profit.

If you do not need the fence take it down.

Then he will have to install a fence as it is not your problem that his dog needs to stay in his yard.

be the bigger person and let it go. you don't want a feud with somebody you have to live next door to. peace is often better than justice.

Next time he is outside with his son, holler "Don't let Rain man knock the fence down again. He is NOT an excellent driver. And tell your bitch to take it down a notch or two."

Roundup is kind of a bitch move and will look bad in court when he plays the video of you spraying his yard.

Send him an estimate to fix the fence. Otherwise, ignore him.

A friend back in Lake Chuck used to scoop the dog shiite out of his kennel and throw it over the fence into his neighbor's yard. The place was owned by his cousin but he couldn't stand her pompous husband and this began after she died.

Speaking as an attorney as well, this would be a huge douchebag move

Don't do it, man. You and your wife sent a clear message that you think he has been a dick. You implied that when they transgressed with the fence, you ignored it, but when you had a much more minor transgression with the debris they were pricks. Message sent!

Now, go out of your way to be nice when you see them. Maybe they will rise to the occasion. If they are jackasses again I would smile at them and ignore them.

Had you put the debris in your yard, none of this would've happened... yet.

Dear Boosie,

If it were me I would fix my own fence even if it was their bone-head son that damaged it. It's the neighborly thing to do. I would also offer another apology for stacking my junk in his yard and thank him for pointing the property line out to me....

My advice to you? Tear your fence down, get some dirt work done to have everything drain to his yard, go to a garage sale and buy a bunch of useless shite and stack it exactly 1.5" from the property line and make a V with your fingers and stick your tongue through and wiggle it every time you see his wife.

You're Welcome....

From the way you tell the story it seems like the neighbor is being petty. I can totally understand why he might be a little on edge considering the way his former neighbor acted. But I would just let it go. If he tries to start mess again, I would have a firm conversation with him. Reassure him in an aggressive voice that you aren't there to cause trouble.

Basically tell him don't start none, won't be none.
