People are telling me that NOLA is going to burn.

That's pretty fricking inconvenient.

Meh
Nola local hood rats and such generally don’t go in hard during these kind of events.
There are too many drugs to be used and cars too be stolen and people to be shot for these folks to worry about protesting BS like this ruling .

Stay at home and give your old lady a reason to have to fly to California

Find a spot with a nice view of the city, grab some popcorn and enjoy the bonfires

No. Don't stop living life because of rumors. And if something does happen, as long as the place you are going has nothing to do with abortion laws you are good.

If it’s anything like the local BLM “protests”, I think you’ll be okay

if only that were true for the 2019 riots.

“as long as the place(s) you are going has nothing to do with the false narrative that African American males are killed at a higher rate than any other race…you are good.”

also, what about the dozen plus pregnancy centers that have been fire bombed the last few months? what do pre and post pregnancy centers helping mothers have to do with abortion laws?

sorry Chris, i know you don’t mean anything by this post, but i had to call out how this isn’t necessarily true.

If I were you, I'd cancel plans in NOLA regardless. Nobody is gonna stab you in the middle of the French Quarter because Roe is over. They're gonna stab or shoot you because New Orleans is a lawless hellhole completely filled with miscreants and pieces of shite who have no future.
