Shooter was likely shot, so they took off some clothing to render aid. Also, probably checked him to make sure he didn't have a bomb.

If only there was a facility we could use for events like this with built in SS level security screening both at the venue at maybe at a fence tens of yards from the venue entrance. Maybe something on White House grounds. Hmm.

Also worth having a conversation about how many members in the presidential line of succession that have been present at some of these events together that are off WH grounds.
