The officer is my cousin’s father.
Last night’s update was: Bullet damaged 2 vertebrate. Did not sever the spinal column. Right now he is paralyzed from neck down. They are concerned about how long he was without oxygen. They couldn’t get oxygen in him until the paramedics gave him a trach. Was shot in shoulder, neck, and legs.

A friend’s teenage daughter was followed home from Cane’s/Petco by this guy just before this incident. There is security footage of him following this girl all the way into her driveway. Their cameras whistle when filming…not sure if that scared him off but he backed out and left when she pulled into the garage.
Then he went back to Petco. Apparently he was looking to hurt someone.
Good riddance.
