In front of Pontchartrain hotel. Family had to hit the deck. They were standing 15 feet away.

I am anticipating a one-upper this weekend.
I am pretty bummed out right now. I want to take my kids to the weekend parades but not this year. It upsets me because I am denying my kids fun, but I feel it is a smart choice given what's on the table with crime.

I was not 15 feet away. Family was there and 15 feet away. It was packed and chaos ensued when it happened. They didn't see it. Heard it, hit the deck and saw aftermath.
15 feet at Muses probably means there were several rows of people between them and the shooter.
