Just pointing out that when it comes to these kinds of things, we really can't trust the traditional media.
Parents should expect that their kids can be safe on a college campus. It's an infuriating tragedy either way - and the perps responsible for them need to be put under the jail ASAP.

One strange thing about the Va Tech shooter was his diatribe against his fellow students which sounded as if he was confusing the UVA student body (elite, etc.) with the Tech (far more grounded in college to get real work jobs).

The parking garage is very close to the UVA hospital.
The very good photo of the alleged perp is ironic in his wearing the tie that identifies him as UVA.
I'd guess he's back in Petersburg hiding with friends.
What a waste of several very expensive educations.

I don't really understand the psych of a mass shooter/terrorist....but my guess is that he's either dead somewhere or hastily looking for easy targets in another location.

Didn't this happen on campus, unlike the recent Southern U shootings "near campus"? Just trying to figure out University responsibility when it comes to crime.
