For or against Trump, you have to give him credit for saying what he believes. The majority of politicians these days don't seem to stand for anything. (Both sides of the aisle)

The problem is that many of us have no clue if he means what he says or is just trying to appeal to those who care about these issues.

But he isn't bound by PC, and I can respect that.

How have the Westboro whackos / Pat Robertson types handle this incident since they vehemently oppose Muslims and Gays?

What a terrible (but, sadly, not unexpected) tragedy.

I've been telling my gay friends that they were way too concerned about Christianity and not nearly concerned enough about Islam.

The Muslim religion is incompatible with Western society. They do not like gays. This man, unfortunately, will be a hero to many Muslims.

I said to myself that the only plus to a horrific event was that maybe people will get it, but then I see posts about this being related to Christianity.

What is the f'in deal with Islamist apologists? It is maddening.

Here we go. CAIR up in the house, doing damage control, despite the fact that a majority of muslims believe gays should be put to death.

And that women shouldn't be allowed to get an education

or drive cars

and get their clits ripped out.

BTW, how are my "odds of being killed by a muslim in America" doing? Better? Same? Worse?

this fricking guy from some Muslim association talking about Islamophobia and comparing it to homophobia. Shut the frick up. Gays don't shoot up nightclubs or fly planes into buildings. My Islamophobia is completely justified at this point. Stop trying to get people to feel bad for you

they're scared.

Ends it with saying "politicians should respect the dead and not use it for points"

Wonder who that's directed at.

I hope that in spite of the obnoxious apologists that are getting airplay now, that most gays will realize that they've been worried about the wrong religion.

I know most aren't fans of Islam, but they were never worried about it. Hell, my friends didn't even get as worked up when ISIS was killing gay men as they did over some Christian non-violent transgressions.

These frickers realize that this may be the straw that breaks the camel's back as it relates to American's opinions on Muslims and have finally stepped up to do some last ditch effort damage control...screw 'em.

They should be scared and I hope they are. The fact they're trying to push their fricking bullshite agenda right now is laughable and indicative of the issues most Americans have with the religion.

Some are, some aren't.

But they sure as frick aren't murdering 59 of them. They don't fly planes into buildings because of our Western lifestyle.

Makes refusing to make a gay wedding cake look pretty minor.
