4 people shot, police believe injuries are non life threatening. No kids involved. "Person of interest" in custody.

Tangipahoa Parish School Board member Brett Duncan said a suspected shooter was in custody around 8:30 p.m.
Southeastern University Police said the shooting was not related to the university. Hammond High's graduation was held in the University Center.

HAMMOND - A shooting outside of a high school graduation held on Southeastern's campus hurt three people Thursday night, authorities said.
According to Southeastern University Police, the shooting was not related to the university. The graduation for Hammond High was held in the University Center.
