like i've said... investments in mental health, along with increased restrictions for certain weapons would cut a lot of gun violence out... there is no cure all, but we have to start taking steps to making this society a better place for ALL citizens...

This is the 2nd one this year. Even 1 is too many but you can't say there have been 22 school shootings as if there were 22 times that someone walked into a school and started shooting up the school. They are not the same.

I agree. That's a fair point. It just seems more trendy of late.
I get it, per the numbers, school violence is down and we are safer.. but these last few shootings have been such mass casualties. Have to keep making these schools as safe as possible. I don't see gun bans being the answer in America.

Most of the people committing gun crimes are illegally possessing the firearm. How do we stop that?
