This is I why I avoid the police as much as possible, even friendly encounters.
They can frick your life up in so many ways, including straight up ending it.

Should have been a warning when the police office saw that this cop was working at his 6th police station in so many years. He resigned from a few offices before and was just relocated everytime.

I read somewhere he had two previous DUI's also. How in the hell this guy was allowed to be a Deputy needs to be investigated.

This is the way now. I have family that worked for Calcasieu Parish, and they have a policy that allows for multiple drug failures, and you retain your job.
