I am all for reparations if we subtract out what's been paid out in social service programs. Health care, food stamps, welfare, stimulus, etc. For the record I am all for "food stamps". American's shouldn't starve and the money keeps mom and pop grocery stores alive. But what has been paid out already must be subtracted out. Hell some of them might even get a bill instead of a check.
