I just said it. I have no problem that he still deemed her threat enough to kill her. If I would have been in similar circumstances I prob would have held gun to her head till police arrived. I can defend his action with doing the exact same

Where are you getting this.. He only states that he shot twice when they were running away.. He has an obvious head abrasion/injury and severely injured shoulder area.. He sounds frail and dishoveled at best.. I'm not gonna say he did the right thing but in no way could I send this man to jail and I have serious doubts as to him ever being in convicted.

Nope. He should have waited for the cops so they could arrest her. Then she'd get pretrial, do some community service, and be robbing houses again in no time.
