And as gay as you will call me for this statement, the loss of love in relationships is a major problem. The loss of love in society is a major problem.
Somewhere in the last two decades kids stopped being taught to love their partners and completely give themsleves to their partner, and instead are taught to just frick whatever they want without feeling.
The sexual revolution combined with feminism, online porn, and a decline in religion is starting to manifest some extremely sick and depressing behaviors.
The insane push to normalize a life completely devoid of meaning and feeling is so bizarre to me.
And I hear statements all the time like:
"marriage is for suckers"
"We aren't meant to mate for life"
"you're a pussy if you love women"
"just frick whoever you want and move on"
Etc....
That's not how this is supposed to work. Marriage is beautiful. And that beauty is lost on this undeserving society.
Dating is supposed to be the vetting process for how we find a mate and the practice ground for interacting with the opposite sex. Dating is a path, not an end game.
It isn't supposed to just be a frick farm of impersonal apps and no real connections. A constant revolving door that does nothing to nourish your soul.
Women are special and they need to be cherished and loved and cared for. Men are strong and they need some one to love and protect. It makes me furious when I see someone teaching a little girl that wanting to grow up and find a man to protect and provide for her is wrong. And it makes me equally furious when I see someone teaching a little boy that wanting to grow up and find a woman to protect and care for is wrong.
This is an important function of the human condition. The greatest lie society tells our children today is that women don't need men, men shouldn't act like men, and traditional marriage roles are somehow evil. This is bullshite, and it is a cancer destroying our country from within.

I don't think I'm some out of touch old fogey. I'm watching my kids and nieces and nephews and little cousins grow up and seeing the things they talk about, and shows they watch, and culture they glorify and I am having a hard time finding a moral center or inherent good in a great deal of it.
I wasn't aiming to offend you, and I absolutely was not advocating that women shouldn't be in the work force.
