What? If you were born with a dick you are a male, if you were born with a clam you are a female.
If you were born with a dick then later one transition, you took some hormones and had plastic surgery, but your body structure is still the same as someone born with a dick and should not be playing sports with real females that have periods and can give birth, etc.

Absolutely not.

Classic Progressive approach to debate.
Create a false premise, then say “let’s agree”. Lay out more absurdities reflecting said false premise, then start “negotiations”.

Born with a split, it's a female.
No split, male
That's the difference

Don’t negotiate facts or give an inch to those wanting a mile.

I say: 1+1=2. We all know this it true, and have for a long time.
You and the lunatic fringe say: 1+1=4.
Tell me why should there be any compromise, "meet in the middle", or "split the difference" to say 1+1=3?
One position is correct and all others are incorrect.

There is no such thing as a gender. There just isn’t, anything else is playing pretend.

We are so pampered and spoiled as a society we are inventing problems. Not too long ago we were worried about where our next meal was coming from.

Well, he’s correct if he’s referring to many foreign languages. Language is the origin of the term “gender,” because the Romance languages(French, Spanish, etc.) for instance use he/she when talking about objects instead of it, so there’s a case for gender because objects don’t have a sex.
John Money, the psychopath psychologist who did sex experiments on young boys borrowed the term for sexless objects to refer to people because he was trying to turn a boy into a girl.
So just remember anytime you use the word gender to refer to a person, you’re following the lead of an evil psychopath.

Let's agree that sex and gender are two different things.
Gender can be used without regard for biological sex. For instance, we can call a boat a female, even though it has neither ovaries or a johnson.
Sex can be related to biological sex / chromosomes.
If we can agree to this, then let's agree to separate sports and bathrooms based on sex, not gender?
Can we all be happy with this?
No, that's ridiculous.
Body Dysmorphic Disorder isn't cured by feeding it any more than anorexia is cured by promoting diet pills called "Stop Being Such A Fatass" to the anorexic. It's an attempt to lie to one's self and then a demand on the rest of the world to lie as well in order to make accepting the lie easier.

That is an anthropomorphism done with the common understanding that the fact that inanimate objects don't actually have sexual organs nor masculine/effeminate behaviors is self-evident (and thus not actually male nor female).
In other words, you're attempting to base your argument on reasonings below that of a child.
Gender has always meant the same as biological sex. The etymology of the word derives originally from the Latin genus. Genus has been so concrete that it's been used for biological taxonomy classifications for centuries.

This. John Money was the first to coin the phrase "gender roles" and did so as an attempt to excuse his atrocious experiments in "gender reassignment surgery" on David Reimer (who would later commit suicide over what Money did to him).

Everything is based on sex. Gender doesn't matter.
Even pronouns are sex based.

A quick wiki dive on the kid and Money has me regretting it.
These freaks aren't simply mentally ill, they are evil.
